We are committed to developing well-rounded and powerful athletes who can summon their skills for future competitions as well as any sport in which they participate. To that end, we will always be focusing segments of their weekly classes on resistance and endurance training.
Interested in Ninja Training, but wanting to have a test run before committing to a weekly class? No worries - We offer youth trial training sessions on a weekly basis!
My son was having a bit of a rough day and had a bit of a rough start to class when he forgot his water bottle in the car and got upset. During group warm up, coaches came over and made efforts to cheer him up and get him involved in the class in a very positive manner. They could have just continued with the rest of the class and left it up to me to get him calmed down and I appreciate that they made the effort to make him feel welcome and get him involved.
Youth Ninja Training Sessions
Youth Open Gym?
The EDGE Training Center runs a youth athletic development program. To achieve success, we have found that younger athletes need specific direction and proper spotting to perform many of these difficult movements and we put the safety of our athletes above everything else. Youth open gyms are not safe and not instructional - and those are the most important pillars of our program.
Youth Ninja Training Sessions are a great way to have children try athletic Ninja Warrior Training at The EDGE for the first time, to supplement their weekly workouts, or for those who can't commit to a weekly class!
Training sessions are 45-minutes in duration and children are coached through carefully planned lessons that are committed to developing well-rounded and powerful athletes who can summon their skills for future competitions as well as in any sport that they participate. To that end, each lesson plan will incorporate classic resistance and endurance training with the added fun on Ninja Warrior elements!
